Nine spacious tents with thatched roofs are built along the Linyanti River. View of the water lagoon (King's Pool) with hippos and crocodiles. Open spaces with lounge, bedroom, indoor and outdoor showers, large veranda with private plunge pool. Outdoor area with 'Sala' where you can relax and read. Main building with pool, spacious bar and dining area.
To the north of the Okavango Delta in the Linyanti area in the vicinity of the Linyanti River.
Thousands of elephants visit the area in the dry winter months. Game drives are usually along the Linyanti River or in the mopane forests around the camp. There are good chances to see the shy roan antelope. Good numbers of leopards and lions in the area.
Game drives in open 4x4 vehicles, night drives, bush walks usually possible. Boat rides are only possible when the water or flood level is sufficiently high.
Several viewing platforms are available. The airfield of King's pool is flooded and use is suspended until further notice from the Chobe airstrip. Travel time about 1 hour.
