Damaraland CampClassic

Ten elevated mud houses with thatched roofs - old style but modern. En-suite bathrooms, walk-in dressing area and each with a large veranda, where you enjoy the starry desert nights. Pool, bar and lounge in the main building.

The Damaraland Camp is situated in the Huab River Valley in northwestern Namibia.

This is not a classical safari camp, where there are large herds of animals. Rather, one can enjoy the beautiful desert and mountain scenery. Nevertheless, there are a number of desert elephants, giraffes, zebras, gemsboks, kudus, springboks, and even cheetahs and black rhinos in the area. The ancient rock engravings in Twyfelfontain can be visited. Twyfelfontain houses paintings and 2500 engravings, which are considered World Heritage since 2007.
