Pafuri CampKruger Nationalpark

Pafuri has twenty large rooms on stilts, including six family rooms. From the veranda, one has the view of the Luvuvhu River, which attracts animals of all kinds. The veranda invites you to chill. Make yourself comfortable on the lounge pillows, read your favorite book, or maybe watch some elephants, baboons and antelopes which are drinking at the river. The camp was created under huge old trees and can accommodate up to 52 guests. The main building has a large panoramic terrace and includes a swimming pool, a bar, dining area and a well-stocked gift shop.

The camp is situated in the northernmost part of Kruger National Park, near the motorway linking South Africa - Zimbabwe - Mozambique. The landscape is the African bush at its best, with its Yellow Fever Tree forests, numerous river bends, springs and lonely canyons.

Opened in 1898 by the then president of the game reserve, Paul Kruger, the Kruger National Park is the largest game reserve in South Africa. With the establishment of the park, the population of the nearly extinct rhinos in the park increased to around 5,000 today. The Kruger National Park is home to the Big Five and you have the best chance of here of seeing lions, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, hippos and much more.

Day and night game drives in open 4x4 vehicles, and bushwalks.

Have you ever tried to find rhinos on foot? Pafuri offers you the opportunity to do just that in the safe company of an armed guide on a rapid march, with his nose in the air and his eyes on the ground! It's great fun!
