The Lufupa Tented Camp has nine rooms with en-suite bathroom and a veranda overlooking the river. There is a room specially for families. In the main building, there is a pool, boma and a fireplace.
The camp is located at the confluence of the Kafue River and the Lufupa River, two of the three main arteries of the Kafue National Park.
The area is very varied: river basins, forests and open plains are home to a large variety of animals. There are 55 species of mammals, including all six species of cats (lion, leopard, cheetah, wild cat, caracal and serval).
Game drives in open 4x4 vehicles, night drives, bush walks, boat trips, fishing. These activities are extra and to be booked at the camp itself.
