In the heart of Hwange National Park, in north-western Zimbabwe. A short flight from Victoria Falls, approx. 1 hour.
Large concentrations of animals, especially herds of buffaloes and elephants. Lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas and wild dogs are regularly sighted. Interesting bird life with over 400 species. Rhinos have been reintroduced to the aerea recently.
Game drives in open 4x4 vehicles, bush walks usually possible.
Lively water hole in front of the lodge. One can use a pile of wood as a hiding place for wildlife watching.
